Happy 7th Birthday Maya

Maya wanted to make puppy cupcakes to take to her Summer Fun class to celebrate her birthday. Then on her actual birthday I made her a puppy cake-which I surprised her with and she LOVED (see those big eyes?).

After we went bowling (see below) we met up with Daddy and went to "Mulan's Restaurant" (Asian City). When I asked Maya where she wanted to go for dinner she said, "Where we always go for everyone's birthday". Of course, why didn't I already know that?

Then we headed to Minute Maid Park for a baseball game (which they won-surprisingly). We stayed for the fireworks, although Logan HATED them-poor guy he couldn't wait to get out of there since the game started at his bedtime, he was done before it even got started. They fell asleep before we got out of the parking lot! Maya had a great birthday. She didn't want a party this year, instead she will be going to the movies and lunch with her best little friend next week.

Happy Birthday to the most fabulous little girl in the world! I love you and am so proud of you. You are smart, sweet, kind, and loving. You have your own ideas and plans, and I especially love your own "style". You teach me something new everyday. I am so lucky that God picked me to be your Mommy. You are sent from heaven and I love you more than you will ever know.
