There's no place like home

Here is our house in Texas.

The front entrance. (there is a bench to the right of the front door) I have been told if we ever move the bench our friends will be in trouble because that's how they know they are at the right house. We're still working on the garden plan, but it's coming along.

The backyard "playground" that Jeff and I built a few weeks ago. It came from Costco in six huge boxes and about a million parts. The kids love to eat lunch at the picnic table and play all afternoon. We strategically placed it (ha!) by accident to shade the patio so we can watch them. I love having a fenced yard! We are just getting started on our backyard plans, so stay tuned...
