Blankets
My mom just sent me this picture so I thought I'd share it. Grandma made these blankets for the kids a few months ago. They love them! They come down in the morning to be used as snuggle pals and then go back up at night to be smoothed over the little munchkins while they sleep. You can see Logan's is cow print on one side and yellow fleece on the other. This kid loves everything yellow (his Crocs are even bright yellow)! But his most favorite thing in the world are cows. (Yes, he has cow jibitz in his Crocs.) He has quite a collection. Maya's is, of course, pink. It is Mary Engelbreit (my personal favorite) ABC's on one side and pink and white gingham on the other with a white ruffled edge. The book next to Maya's head is her first sewing project with Grandma. They made a color book in three different languages (if you know my Mom you are not surprised by the choice of project). Maya has already put in a request that her next blanket have horses on it.
