Logan is VERY creative. Anyone who has talked to him for more than about 10 seconds quickly realizes that. Most adults who have spent any amount of time with him/ us tell me, "You sure have your hands full with him!" And they are right-he is FULL of energy and goes 100 miles per hour all day without a stop. And although he often drives me crazy I love him and especially his ability to create meaningful (especially to him) playthings with anything he can find laying around. He will entertain himself with a paper towel, tape and his imagination for quite a while; creating first and then playing with his new beloved. This outfit he made from Daddy's visor, the tissue from Maya's new boots, and his creative brain!
Oh, and his Woody boots have the best story. He REALLY wanted these when he first saw them months ago-and of course they were out of his size, they were $35.00, and he already had cowboy boots. So months later after several checks to see if they were on sale, and if they had his size-they finally were, and they did. On CLEARANCE no less (my favorite price!) and his boots he had were worn out, too small, and in need of replacing. He was SOOOOO happy when I finally got to say "Yes, Logan you can get those boots." He actually started fussing and then said, "Wait, what did you say? YES?!?" (picture huge smile here) "Thank you Mommy!!! Let's put 'em right on now!" You got it buddy!
