Ouch

I have managed to hurt my back and have been out of commission for the last few days. Hope to be well soon-aren't chiropractors the BEST? Everyone is being very helpful around the house and today I can almost stand up. I look a lot like a 90 year old lady when I try to walk, it's great. My Doc said he has some exercises to show me that I'll be able to do once I'm better so this won't happen again. More later. I have to go put the heat pad on and lay down.
