OK, Fine!

I'll play this little game Al. ;-) Since Jennifer memmed me a few weeks ago and I haven't responded (mostly because I'm not sure how to link to her blog, but anyway) I'll try this one. To all of you reading this try to add something to your blog along the same lines: 20 yrs ago, 10 yrs ago, 5, 3, so far this year, yesterday, tomorrow and next year. Here goes...
20 Years Ago 1988
I was getting ready to start 8th grade, which I remember is the year I made all of the friends I had all through High School thanks to Allison. We had Algebra together that year and became friends. She introduced me to the rest of the group along the way. For that I must say Thank You! I cannot really remember too much else-everything kinda runs together. Is this the summer Mom went to France for 6 weeks?
10 Years Ago 1998
I had met my Dear Husband (now) and moved to Temecula, California with him. We had lived in our house for about one year. I learned A LOT that year. Especially how to cook-thank you honey, you are THE best! I had gotten a job teaching PE at a local elementary school part time and was finishing school at UC Riverside.
5 Years Ago 2003
We were about to celebrate our second anniversary (September 1st) and I had just had Maya-this was the best summer ever! I loved laying on the couch as she slept on me. I was supposed to have my 10 year HS reunion, but it was exactly the same time the Maya was born, since we lived in CA (We had moved to Corona) I wasn't going anywhere.
3 Years Ago 2005
We had moved to Ohio and were getting ready for Logan to make his debut (in September). I LOVED my play group and we were almost all pregnant so we were a ton of fun. We spent a lot of time together with all of the kids running around!
This Year
We have moved (again) this time to Texas. We are still getting settled even though we've been here a year now. And hoping to stay put! We are swimming everyday (almost) and spending time together. I am making a lot of "mental lists" of things I'd like to do around the house. (Better write these things down-if you know me AT ALL you know why.) We went to Oregon for Janne's wedding, one of my HS friends, and saw ALLISON ;-) as well as my dad and Pam. I'm getting ready to start teaching preschool two days a week.
Yesterday
We had a "Tropical Storm" so we stayed home ALL DAY! We went out for dinner at the local Mexican Place that is really good Mi Rancho.
Tomorrow
Not sure, don't really have too many plans-probably swimming.
Next Year
Only God knows what is in store for us, no matter what we are blessed by His Love and Graciousness!
