Felling better

Well, Logan is for sure feeling better. Maya probably has allergies, but might still have a cold. I have been giving her a combo allergy/cold medicine which seems to help stop her eyes and nose from running and slow down the sneeze frequency. My dear hubby hurt his calf muscle playing basketball (what else?) Friday morning at the new Lifetime Fitness-which I love by the way. No, not that he hurt himself-that is terrible-I love the gym. We haven't been able to go as often this past week as I wanted to-with sick kids you don't get to drop them off and go about your day you know! You get to care for them.

We did get to go yesterday and it was nice. I walked on the treadmill uphill for 45 minutes-yea me! Jeff soaked his leg in the hot tub and was feeling much better, he's hardly limping at all-in fact he went to play golf today. Maya tried a class that is called sports sampler where, you guessed it, they try different sports to find what they like. In yesterdays one hour class they tried basketball, kickball, and baseball as well as learned to stretch before and after playing. She really liked it. She has been asking to play soccer so that is what she'll do in the spring session. This will be her first soccer experience, so it should be fun. Logan can play when he's 4 (and potty-trained, don't get me started).

I have gone to the yoga class the past 2 Sundays, but will miss it today. I'm going to try the other teacher tomorrow though. I LOVE yoga. Many people I've talked to don't like it, but I love it and I am SO happy they have some yoga classes I can go to that are included in our monthly membership. I am also going to try Pilate's this week-I have done a video, but it is not the same I'm sure. OK, enough already. Everyone is feeling better and getting healthy so we can enjoy this wonderful weather. Sunny with a high in the 70's is about as perfect as you can get!

I am glad you all are getting better. I love yoga too - I used to reliegiously do bikram yoga, but they do not have it int he burbs, it is the hot yoga. I need to try it at the gym too - I LOVE your background on your page - i am resisting copying it!! hehe
