Gingerbread House
Grandma and Maya made a gingerbread house for Christmas. Logan got in on the pictures even though he was asleep for the construction(I think he was trying to get some candy). Well, the roof fell off not once but twice and now the "glue" has dried in such a way that I cannot reattach it so it will stay on. We joke around the house a little that Hurricane Ike hit the gingerbread house and that the insurance adjusters are taking their own sweet time getting out there to check it out. We were so lucky to not have had any damage to our actual house that we can't help it-just a little I said! I did take some pictures of the finished product, but not with my own camera (really smart huh?). The important thing is that Grandma and Maya had some fun together-at least until Maya said, "Grandma, I need to go do something else, I am getting frustrated with this roof falling off." She came back a little later to help finish up.

Zoe would be so jealous, she wants to make a gingerbread house so bad. I just keep putting it off. BTW, Maya is looking so beautiful in her pictures, just like her mommy!
